Blake Gasca is CEO and CTO of MuHu. A co-founder of MuHu’s predecessor, Convoy Technologies, he guided the company from a nimble startup to an award-winning, high-growth organization. He now drives success for MuHu, where he brings a zealous passion to innovate, save lives, lower total client cost of operations, and deliver high quality solutions. Blake earned his business degree at Loyola Marymount University, where he majored in information system quantitative management and international business. He has experience in operations management, mobile technology, strategic planning, and IT solutions. Blake resides in Aliso Viejo, CA with his wife, Kelly and two young children, Jake and Reagan.
Rob Pallante is a seasoned sales and marketing executive with extensive experience in the transportation and mobile industries, overseeing industry-leading sales teams. He’s an energetic visionary, adept at restructuring sales methodologies and leading cultural change to deliver enterprise excellence. Prior to joining MuHu, Rob was responsible for building strategic relationships for XRS and providing innovative technology strategies to accelerate the efficiency of organizations as a partner at the ROITT Group. He was also a national sales manager for Shaw Tracking, the vice president of sales at PeopleNet, and a regional account manager for Newcom Business Media. Rob’s nearly 20 years of experience in the transportation and logistics sector have shaped him to be a leader in the field, and an expert in the growing mobile market within transportation.
Pete Janda has had roles in finance, corporate development and strategy while also pitching in to various operational functions in need of “just getting done.” During the last four years he was a team member at Telogis, a mobile resource management SaaS provider, where he helped finance and grow the company from pre-Series A, through a Series B stage and to its eventual sale to Verizon. Prior to Telogis Pete spent six years at Ingram Micro, the world’s largest distributor of information technology products, where he collaborated with the executive management team on global strategy, acquisitions and greenfield growth initiatives. Earlier in his career Pete worked in investment banking and consulting in New York. He has an undergraduate degree in electrical engineering from Columbia University and a graduate degree in business administration from the Anderson School at UCLA.
Ray Jandga has over 25 years of Information Technology experience. Ray has successfully managed various information technology solution engagements with global delivery. Ray’s experience includes small engagements to large enterprise mission critical projects. He is a proven technology leader that subscribes to the “Do what it takes to get the job done” with pragmatic and innovative solutions that fit the client’s business needs.
Ray has a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science; he started his career in software development, moved to various I.T. functions and soon into Technology management and leadership roles. He has held various leadership roles prior to ITCSSG.
As the CIO of High Performance Partners, a mortgage industry technology company, Ray was responsible for the software development and technology infrastructure. Prior to HPP, Ray was the Vice President of Systems Development and Architecture at First American Corporation, a Fortune 100 company. There he managed over 200 resources including a sizable offshore team in India. Ray was also responsible for the delivery of First American’s high transaction title and escrow processing system – FAST.
Meshach Weber is a leader in the fields of digital strategy and behavioral marketing. Leveraging his unique approach, called “environing,” he draws on both disciplines to create the intuitive, cohesive digital spaces and engaging content proven to foster brand affinity and drive conversions. Having served as digital strategist to both enterprise and startup transportation technology companies, including XRS, Omnitracs, and ONE20, Meshach brings a wealth of experience to MuHu, where he identifies and executes solutions that look good, make sense, and, most importantly, perform. Sixteen years ago, Meshach founded digital strategy agency, Firebrand, where he continues to bring his deep insights to bear—from conversion optimization and PPC to SEO and SEM—he routinely drives strong ROI for his clients. In the past, Meshach’s keen interest in innovative technology solutions drove him to create the first true Edit in Place, WYSIWYG Content Management System (CMS). Today, he routinely bridges the gap between design, marketing, technology, and business requirements—always with an eye toward delivering measurable results.
Catherine Green started her career in technology at Madge Networks, after receiving her BA from Stanford and subsequently an MBA from Berkeley. She then joined Calista Inc., and was part of an executive team that took the company to acquisition by Cisco Systems. She has led teams at Cisco, Dotster and Mavenlink, overseeing multi-million dollar e-commerce websites, SaaS platforms and marketing programs. Catherine is a trained executive coach and public speaker. She has lived in Europe and Latin America; speaks French and Spanish; is a singer, vocal trainer, and author.

Darin Anderson is an experienced entrepreneur with an emphasis on strategy, corporate development, sales, and technology. In addition to Muhu, Darin is also the chairman of the board and CEO of Salas O’Brien LLC, a national leading consulting engineering and facilities firm. The firm has been a 5x Inc. 5000 fastest growing company. He was recognized as the 2016 EY Entrepreneur of the Year for Orange County/Inland Empire. Darin also serves as the Chair of the University of California, Riverside Foundation Board of Trustees. He is also the Education Chair and Chair-Elect of the California Coast Chapter of the Young Presidents Organization (YPO). He has a CPA, and both a bachelor’s degree and master’s degree in business from the University of California, Riverside. Darin is the ultimate competitor; he has a black belt in Karate, competes in ultra-marathons, bicycle racing, soccer, and is a current age group “All-American” and represents the USA in the world duathlon championships. He resides in Newport Beach, CA with his wife Lori and two children, Luke and Aubrie.
Scott Green started 270 Capital after returning from a 270 day worldwide tour of South America, Asia, Africa, and Europe with his family. His vision is to provide financing as well as expertise to an exclusive group of entrepreneurs and business owners who are building exciting young companies with potential.
Prior to founding 270 Capital, Scott was the Founder and CEO of StrataCare Inc, which provides technology solutions for workers compensation. StrataCare was partially sold to private equity in 2009 and again to Xerox Corporation in 2014.
Scott is also an active philanthropist, contributing to non-profits in the U.S. as well as Africa.
Scott has an undergraduate degree in Economics from Pomona College and an MBA from the University of California, Irvine.
